Received order on time but I'd ordered the wrong items x 4, spent over £1k for business use and was going to reorder. Appliances Direct didn't offer to collect the incorrect items, I had to pay for the collection.
Now I'm trying to find out when some HEPA filters will be in stock. Last week I was told by 1 person that they would be in stock Monday 11th January and by another person just the week commencing 11th January, we need 8 packs of these.
Today Tuesday 12th January I have had an online chat and been told that these HEPA filters will not be coming back into stock, to start with!!
Then I said I wasn't happy because of the previous times I had been promsed and then I was suddenly told the goods would be arriving today at Appiances Direct and more on 5th February.
I said ok and Callum the online person just disappeared, didn't say is there anything else I can help you with or goodbye, he just went. What kind of customer service is that??
