Although there were delays with the delivery date due to Brexit issues, Appliances Direct kept me up to date with regular messages. When the order was finally delivered it was on time.
Customer service staff were also quick to respond to my email. I've bought from AD before and will continue to do so.
When the items arrived they were of good quality and were well packaged. The price was competitive.
