Delay of 3 weeks from first date I was advised appliance would be delivered. Poor communication about delay resulting in me having to contact them. I was without a fridge/freezer for 3 weeks because I removed it from the house the day before my new one was to be delivered except it wasn't delivered on that day. I was not offered any compensation which would have been the right thing for the company to do. After choosing another appliance and agreeing a delivery date I waited in for 11 hours but it was not delivered until the next day.
