I ordered a tumble dryer online with this company. I promptly received an acknowledgement of the order quickly followed by confirmation of the delivery date I chose. I then received a phone call from the local store confirming the order and delivery date followed by him trying to sell me an extended warranty surprise surprise !! The delivery date came and I received a text to say delivery would be between 8 and 10 am and would receive a call 30 minutes before they arrived. I eventually received a call at 10.40 to say they would arrive within the next 2 hours. They eventually arrived at 2.30. As the dryer was being unpacked I noticed a very large dent in the left hand side of the cabinet. I was told I would receive a phone call to arrange delivery of the replacement dryer. I decided to call customer services myself and explain how unhappy I was with the service so far. The person I spoke to didn't even apologise for the problems I had experienced. I was so cross at the blasé attitude I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. This is the first and last time I will order from this company.
