Thank you so much Appliance Direct. I have nothing but praise for the service I received when ordering a new cooker. I placed my order on Wednesday afternoon by phone with a very helpful lady, Zoe Smith. From then on I received e-mails. phone calls and texts keeping me informed as to delivery date and time etc. On Monday morning right on schedule my cooker arrived, was unpacked and installed by two very friendly and efficient men, Jamie and Lee who then took my old cooker away for disposal, leaving everywhere clean and tidy. I would certainly recommend Appliance Direct to others.
