Nothing wrong with the appliance or service from delivery drivers. However we paid for collection and recycling of our old fridge too. This wasnt fulfilled as a result of the wrong delivery team being sent. A polite and professional sort of 'it is what it is' was implied over the phone when calling customer services. We were given refund or wait another 2 weeks as options and not much in the way of an apology for their mistake.
