We ordered 2 ovens, one extractor and one hob from appliances direct. All arrived on time (10 days after we ordered as per our request) and were well packaged.
When we had the kitchen fitted we noticed the hob was missing a cap for one of the burners, despite me identifying the wrong burner cap, appliance direct were lovely and efficient and changed my replacement part no problem and very quickly.
Would certainly use them again, things do occasionally go wrong, the good thing was the way they sorted out so efficiently.
