Real people on the telephone who helped with my order of a washer, freezer and fridge. Delivered on time by covid conscious drivers. Great service too when I had a small problem with a foot missing on the freezer. No problem, they offered to replace it completely! However I opted to just have a new foot, again the staff were fabulous, constantly checking that all was OK for me. Definitely recommend Appliances Direct 😄😄😄
