Spoke to a polite and knowledgeable staff member who helped with my order and the complication with shipping. Goods delivered rapidly and a fair price. NEF Hood is excellent. Only complaint was with shipping in that Dundee was lumped into Scottish Highlands and Islands which cost £60 delivery. TBF that is not Appliances Direct service but something they should bring up with their chosen delivery agent.
