You would think I would be unhappy as I had a product that failed twice, however this is about the company. Appliances Direct put every effort into ensuring I was a happy customer to the point of accepting that the product was not suitable and supplying a full refund. Yep. Just like that with an apology aswell. I have lots of trust in this business now and will be using them again soon.
