Ordered online, with discount, very easy. Lots of confirmation emails and order progress updates. Telephone call 3 days before delivery checking everything was ok, confirming delivery date and time slot. Reinforced again with predelivery email and phone call when driver 30 minutes away. Delivered well packaged in perfect condition. What more could they do?
