Original delivery date for fridge and freezer now missed by 10 days. Have been given 3 delivery dates. Each one missed with zero communication. I’ve had to get in touch with their courier company each time to find out why I haven’t received anything - the Couriers are unable to tell me why they keep missing the delivery. Starting to believe they don’t actually have the products but instead are keeping my one thousand pounds while they wait for new stock. Unable to speak to anyone at Appliances Direct themselves. Totally disgusted by their attitude towards customers.
