After the first appliance arriving it turned out to be faulty, after sending a video of the fault to Appliances Direct they swiftly resolved the issue, arranging collection and replacing it with in 5 working days. There CS team where on the case with emails being returned rapidly, there not many companies I am impressed with but there one of them, if they keep this level of CS up they will go far.
