The quick delivery and up to date information on what was happening was excellent , the only downside was the delivery driver didn’t want to bring it up the stairs as it was heavy and he was on his own , so if you do order a big item tell them if you have/ don’t have a lift …. I had to get my autistic son to help this stranger up the stairs . Anyway DPD drivers always have some issues and I guess the company can’t help that , but please make sure you advise the drivers that delivery is charged to the customer to have it delivered to the door .
