Abysmal service. I placed an order 10 days before I needed the appliances as I was moving home and wanted to trouble free experience. I received an email to say my order was confirmed however 3 days before the delivery date, I was told delivery will be delayed - I purposely placed my order well in advance so I would have them as I moved house.
After calls to the sales team I was told the items were out of stock!! I managed to change my order to so some items arrived on the originally booked delivery date and I also paid extra for a "unpacking service" so I did not have the cardboard packaging left at my new house.
The delivery driver arrived, dumped the items on the door step and refused to take the packaging with him - all additional stress which was not needed on my moving date.
I do not understand why, when placing an order over 10 days in advance and receiving conformation of the delivery date, how items can suddenly be "out of stock"
This coupled with a rude delivery driver who refused to provide the service I had paid for has left me with a very poor service.
