Absolutely awful customer service. Missed the first delivery date, delivered the wrong machine on second attempt, failed to collect that machine on date they stated, now refuse to refund my money until the machine has been checked over ( It never came out the wrapping ) which could be a fortnight.
You have been warned, shop anywhere but Appliances Direct
