Ordering, paying and delivery were all as expected with the exception of delivery- it was ultra fast. No hanging about however, i did book a date a week later but they changed it to the next day. Whilst that is very efficient i was unable to keep my original date and it was either next day or a date three weeks later. Almost forcing me to have it next day.
On this occasion it was perfectly acceptable. Delivery drivers were friendly and good.
Customer services were a little pushy with their selling of after care insurance, something i wasn’t looking for. My credit card covered the purchase, the manufacturer covers mechanical failure and my home insurance covers accidental damage so why would i want/need to take out further insurance?
Anyway, still an excellent experience.
