Excellent Service. I bought a dehumidifier through them 8 month ago. It failed under warranty. I contacted them about it on a Saturday. They responded within the hour asking if I wanted to return it. I replied on Saturday evening that I did and again they responded within the hour with details of how to book a collection. Within 3 days of them getting the defective unit back they had checked it and sent out a new replacement unit.
