This company has some of the worst customer service I've ever seen.
I order a drinks fridge at the beginning of September I was told it would be delivered in 5 weeks time. After 5 weeks no word at all about the fridge. I then emailed them asking where it was to which I was told there was a computer error but not to worry as I would receive it in 3 more weeks. It should of arrived today. It of course didn't. When I emailed them or a second time I was told that the item had actually never been in stock they had just lied hoping they would get more in before my delivery date. 8 weeks of waiting just for them to say "within 72 hours a sales rep will phone you to talk about alternative items." So I've asked for a full refund and hopefully they won't lie about giving me one
