I bought an electriq liquidiser which is superb, well made, very functional and great value from this company. However, it suddenly stopped one day. Fearing the worst, I contact Appliances direct and without a moments delay they said they’d come out and collect it. Just testing it the next morning, it worked perfectly, it must have just tripped out. I contacted them next day to thank them and that I did not need a replacement. I was so impressed by the initial response, I’ll definitely buy from this great firm again.
