Ordering and dealing with the company was fine, but the delivery company Dpd was a nightmare. They didn’t warn us they were coming, and came a day earlier than expected, they couldn’t deliver so took it to a shop some distance away and told us we would have to collect from there. As pensioners we were unable to do this, so contacted the delivery company who refused to deliver it to the house. We contacted AD who contacted the delivery company and got them to deliver to us, this still arrived without warning two days before the agreed delivery date.
