Firstly I never write reviews immediately upon receiving an item. It's been 7 weeks now since I first ordered the dehumidifier. The first one lasted 3 days then decided to die, upon calling AD they arranged the collection and redelivery without any issues. The replacement has been working as expected since. The company fulfilled my expectations and I've already recommended them to my nephew.
