AD seemed to have a range of items not stocked by other providers that meet my requirements and price point; as well as having the item in stock. The item was competitively priced, but there was a delivery charge of £19.95. The item could have been delivered in a matter of days, but opted for a more convenient date 5 days out. As it transpired AD offered to deliver it on an earlier date that was convenient, so arrived in 2 days of ordering. Two hour slot confirmed the day before and had a call 20 minutes before delivery which was actually slightly earlier than promised. I couldn't really ask for more.
