Prompt and precise item order and delivery. No hassle on the order - and had someone call me up to confirm delivery a few days before which put my mind at peace given that orders during the pandemic were a bit up in the air always). The two men who installed the washer dryer were efficient and friendly and arrived at 8am (early but early in the 7am-noon window).
