I ordered a new kitchen sink and unfortunately it arrived with a lot of damage. I email customer service straight away with photos, within 10 minutes I had an apology and notification that a replacement had been despatched. The replacement arrived within 48 hours as promised and the sink was completely in tact. Fantastic customer service and I am a very happy customer.
