Ordered a A1 refurbished Neff double oven. Arrived on notified time with polite delivery guys.
Unit came wrapped in some sort of tubular air cuff with padded cardboard base and top cap.
I closely Inspected the oven with a bright torch and found it to be perfect apart from a few finger print marks on the stainless steel.
I would certainly recommend them.
