Can't leave no stars hence 1. Paid for removal of old and installation of new washing machine. Person who came to do this wouldn't do it because the old one was integrated. This actually means it had a door on the front... a very easy, 30 second job. Re booked the removal and installation. They had my tenant's details but didn't communicate with her... instead they emailed me to say they weren't coming. She waited in half of the day. Have sorted it ourselves and now await a refund. Useless.
