Pathetic company and absolutely rude customer service. Ordered a dehumidifier on a standard delivery (which costs ~£5). Received an instant email confirmation but '7 days' later the order tracking showed no trace of the order. The customer service staff lied every time I called to check the order status stating that the item is ready for dispatch and will be delivered the next day. After 3 attempts, I gave up and cancelled the order. No apologies whatsoever.
Which? should be thoroughly ashamed of their membership association with this useless company.
