I ordered a kitchen sink from Appliances Direct, the goods were damaged and were sent back by the courier. Appliances Direct said I'd taken delivery which I hadn't. The goods are listed with the courier as returned to sender, delivered back to Appliances Direct. All emessage communications between me and Appliances Direct have disappeared, and they are not deviating from insisting that I have taken delivery of goods that never arrived. They still have all but £9.95 of the money I paid them, and trying to get a refund of the rest is like getting blood out of a stone. I will never be using this company again. They continue to ignore all communications I send to them.
