this isn't the first time we have used appliance direct to purchase a home appliance (microwave). The make, price and own driver delivery suited our needs excellently.
The staff at the pick-up point were very welcoming and helpful. The only problem I encountered was the post code specified for the pick-up was wrong. Should have been LE74 2HJ not DE74 2HL as specified on the documentation received.
Otherwise a perfect purchase.
