Hello just to let you know that Appliances Direct, were very professional to deal with, l spoke to two gentleman from your Company, firstly to order my cooker, which unfortunately had to go back as it was damaged, and secondly to a very polite guy who arranged a refund for me, l have checked my account and the refund has been paid. I am pleased with your service just disappointed about the cooker.
