Bought a dehumidifier from this company. Easy process and item came quickly after I paid an extra fee. The item did not work. Took me 3 days of trying to work out the reason. Read and re-read instruction book. The machine is defective. No try and get through to the company and then your troubles really begin. Phone up and complained. Try and get through and your online waiting for an age. I then complain. They said they will get back to me within 24 hours. 4 Days later I phone again. They had no record of my complaint. So I complain again. I was told my item had to be vented as I did not do this it would not work. I was not informed of this, when I bought the machine. There is no information given on this. So I want it returned. I cannot seem to get through to them on their complaints site. Finally get through and they dismiss my complaint as the machine does not need venting. I am back and forth with them. Now I am ending up paying for item to be retuned when it was not my fault. The customer service is bad. Avoid this company....
