I booked & paid a premium for Saturday delivery, only to get a message on Monday to say my delivery was arriving next day ?? Tried to reschedule to Saturday but wasn't an option, so opted for Friday. On the Tuesday morning, got a message to say my delivery was arriving that same day - Tuesday !! - Turns out my order had been split in to 2 delivery slots for some reason. After some time spent on the phone, managed to get both items arranged to be delivered on the Friday. Why offer a choice to select a delivery date & time and then just ignore it ? Very annoying.
