Bought a Indesit larder fridge with standard delivery. Positive first experience was that they called and confirmed order, also asked whether I wanted delivery earlier without any extra cost which I opted for. On delivery day, delivery lady called 20 minutes before arriving to confirm their arrival time. On arrival they took good care whilst unloading goods from van and delivered to spot of my choice in the dining room. The delivery guys were very courteous and not hurried and waiting to run off. The product itself was in mint condition with no damage to the appliance or even its protective covering. Cannot yet comment on the product itself asbit is just 2 days into use. Overall very pleased with the whole experience with Appliance direct.
