Perhaps I was cherry picked for a review, but I did have a good experience and often the people who have good experiences are less likely to have something to say about it.
On a day where I was expecting five important deliveries, this one made it through unscathed and arrived next day, (as paid for) (other items didn’t).
Best price I could find for the vacuum cleaner: £70 less than RRP.
