So despite a fair few emails letting me know that there was a delay with my order I am still giving full marks.
I really really appreciated being kept in the loop with my order and my most recent communications stayed it would be delivered on 20th December only for it arrive on 15th December.
The dehumidifier is brilliant and the customer service was top notch as well.
