Customer service was excellent and the prices are very good with an excellent range of stock.. Delivery was arranged quickly but was let down by DPD who failed to deliver (apparently they couldn't find my address) however appliance direct quickly refunded the next day delivery charge within an hour.. Definitely recommend applicance direct.. Very happy with the service
