Ordered a cooker hood and asked for it to be fitted. When the fitters arrived they explained to me that they could not fit it due to the layout of my old cooker hood and I would need to contact a kitchen fitter company. They took the hood back and I received a full refund within two days. Although I was disappointed the customer service was excellent and I would have no hesitation in buying again from Appliance Direct.
