The Appliances Direct made me happy by selling and delivering to my house the dehumidifier. It was grade A returned item,-so i had concerns… However it was looking brand new and works well so far,- so i think i ve got a bargain! The packaging was sufficient, manual in English - included. The box has to be re-delivered because the courier missed us first time,- but it was very easy to reschedule delivery for next day. So overall - happy customer. Thank you
