Tyronne handled the delivery and installation of our new washing machine. He was friendly and polite - a credit to Appliances Direct. It was not easy for him to do on his own (we thought there would be a 2 man team) and he arrived towards the end of the day. He still had more deliveries to make, so was working a long day but still remained positive and professional. He took away the new machine packaging. Good service.
