We purchased a Zanussi gas hob and cannot believe how efficient and quick our delivery was. It was ordered on a Thursday late afternoon and about an hour later we had a call from their customer services confirming us and thanking us for the order. Later that night I had an email saying it had been dispatched and would arrive the next day (Friday). I was kept up to date with a one hour delivery window and it arrived on time. Great company to deal with and will use again.
