Really pleased. I returned a faulty air conditioner/heat pump still under guarantee. They didn't quibble, just picked it up and offered a replacement. Although I did have to send a video to prove it was faulty, which was fair enough. I didn't want the same unit again so it was replaced with a different one, which was cheaper and they refunded the difference. Pretty good I thought.
