Excellent service all round. The price was the best I could find elsewhere for the item, with a sensible delivery fee. The delivery was made promptly, only 4 days from ordering and the couriers couldn't have been more helpful. I received a call from Appliance Direct confirming the order details, offering the option to take out an extended cover over the manufacturers guarantee too, although I didn't take this out it was good to have the option.
