Courier claimed notified us to arive by 10am but didn't arrive until 6:30pm.
Courier then refused to take away the old unit, despite the fact we'd paid for the scrap service.
Appliance Direct's customer care is a joke. The on-line chat either doesn't answer or they cut you off. And they charge you a premium rate to call them!
They eventually re-arranged the collection for the next day only to cancel again.
Then I was told there's no courier available for collection until the next week so I have to store the old unit (for which I don't have the space).
And they refuse to refund you the £20 for the scrap service, despite failing to deliver the service in a timely manner. Their customer service is a disgrace.
