Was delivered on the day it was supposed to although arrived after the allotted time which did worry me. Tried to call and noone picked up the phone. When you search the number it comes up as possible scam. They should do something about that as it creates stress for the customer.
When unpacked I became aware of a damaged part and to their credit customer services replaced this within 2 days of me contacting them.
The bbq looks incredible and I'm looking forward to cooking on it.
Let's hope we have an Indian Summer.
