Ordered a microwave/grill/oven and it was delivered promptly but it had a damaged door. I phoned customer services and did not have to wait long before speaking to an agent. He understood the problem and clearly explained how the company dealt with such events. He arranged collection of the damaged machine and a replacement was sent a day later. I was pleased and relieved AD acted so efficiently in replacing this machine.
