Excellent! I couldn't ask for better service. I reported a recent fault with my dehumidifier which I had purchased several months earlier. The friendly, helpful customer service team arranged a date to collect it and I received a brand new one the next day! I recommend them highly and would definitely buy from Appliances Direct again.
