I've used Appliance Direct many times. I've always found them to be polite and helpful. I had a problem with a unit just inside the warranty period, they arranged pick up at a time suitable to me. They then offered alternatives. I ended up having a refund as I had already purchased another unit from them. Everything was done with minimum of fuss. I would highly recommend this company, I will continue to use them.
