Item arrived on the specified day but not with the two delivery drivers expected. Got a strange text saying it was not in the right part of the warehouse so it wouldn'tr be deliverded. Luckily one of us was home when one man from the warehouse delivered the washing machine which was heavy for just him. Well done him for delivering despite being let down by other delivery drivers so it meant it was delivered on time as promised. Not 5 stars due to odd texts but they did fullfill the order on the chosen day
