I had a faulty cooker hood which I wasn't very happy about but hey ho these things do happen I emailed customer services and sent them a video of the fault Within a couple of days they sent out a replacement, to which I thought was very prompt. I'm now very happy. Based on my experience and the turn out they are Very good company .
